‘Our days can be consumed by the internet with its bombardment of images, over sanitised and regulated spaces, systems and ways of being, and a pace that disallows contemplation and play.

The beauty of paint and painting is that it offers a necessary antidote to our 21st century lives. We stop, we play, interract with the materials and each other, we express. Experiencing it through doing and seeing, uplifts, gives hope and helps to make the world around us physically more beautiful.’
