Do Be Do Be Do

Do Be Do Be Do

with Jonathan McCree – Winter 2017

Connecting movement, dance and drawing

Day-long workshops for artists with London-based visual artist Jonathan McCree who shares his experience of collaborative practice with sound artists, composers, dance performers, film makers, architects and designers. Weaving together drawing, movement and film making, artists, dancers and spectators explored how art can be made and experienced with the body. Blurring distinctions between movement, dance and drawing, the question was invited: ‘what if the outcome of a graphic process is not an object?’

‘The outcome of the art making process is always joyously unpredictable.’

– Jonathan McCree, London
