Building Bridges

Creative workshops and training for organisations, NGOs, and charities working with marginalised communities and people affected by conflict or trauma.

These sessions are designed to help prevent, reduce, and support recovery from conflict and trauma, while creating safe spaces where people can express themselves and feel heard.

Making art together is a powerful, inclusive way to bridge differences and build connection. Through shared creative activity, participants develop:

  • Open conversation
  • Collaboration and trust
  • Creative thinking
  • Stronger group cohesion

Each group completes a shared artwork, offering a lasting visual reminder of what can be achieved through working together.

“There is no doubt that the sessions improved the lives of those involved and have played a part in making the Dartmoor community a little safer… The wonderful artwork on the walls is a credit to the participants.”

— Safer Custody Manager, HMP Dartmoor, UK
